Ahh, the good ol' days...

Yes, it was a simpler time indeed. I dug into the archives...here's my contribution. I still dream about Evalena's coffee times. Especially the crimpbread/cheese/potato chip combo and the ever famous cookies with frosting on top. How many of you are guilty of stealing and extra one (or two) on the way out the door?

I also remember her clever delivery method of Neopolitan ice cream. She would slice it with a knife so you got equivalent amounts of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry all in one neat little rectangle...sheer genius!
